From here, head down Peters Creek Trail, and continue until you reach a juncture where you will take the left trail (Peters Creek Trail). Continue on Long Ridge Road for about two miles. Along the way, you can enjoy the unobstructed views of the Santa Cruz mountains and take a break at the Wallace Stegner bench, which is dedicated to the famous writer. At the next fork, take Long Ridge Trail on the left. Continue until you reach an intersection; take the left trail. Return the way you came.
