This trail was added to the park in 2006. It runs through grassy hills along a narrow dirt trail, and travels through residential areas near the roundabout travellers navigate to get to the park, via a wide paved path. It can be accessed from the equestrian parking lot (lower parking lot without bathrooms) on the South end of that parking lot. The loop reaches a halfway point at Anza Knoll (there is a small path leading up to it) that looks over Cristo Rey Drive. The trail passes through the residential area adjacent to the park and you can stop off for a drink of water and slide at a little play area / park.
