The short days and erratic weather make some folks stay inside more, which can take its toll on your mood and health. This is the perfect season to get out to more exposed hikes like at the baylands! This week’s Byxbee Park connects Palo Alto Baylands to the North with Shoreline Park to the South, and is one of dozens of links for the Bay Trail running the perimeter of the San Francisco Bay. Enjoy the crushed oyster trails, bird watching, and interactive art installation – your kids might not think it’s art, but they’ll enjoy playing on the logs, wavy hills, and concrete structures at Byxbee’s hill.
