Materials: Half of a paper plate, yarn, a hole puncher with hole reinforcers / staples, decorations.
Activity: Have an adult cut the plate to fit the child – you can cut places for eyes, for instance. Allow the child to decorate the mask as desired.
Alternative: Use a whole plate and skip the string. Attach a popsicle stick at the base and child can hold it up to his/her eyes.
