Materials:
- Plaster of Paris
- Jar lid
- drinking straw
- decorations
Procedure:
- Mix up Plaster of Paris as indicated on the Plaster of Paris Package.
- Pour plaster in a jar lid.
- Allow child to decorate it with beads, broken jewelry, stones, and other supplies.
- Poke a hole in the top with a drinking straw, leaving straw pierced all the way to the base of the lid, or removing the inner plaster.
- Allow to dry, then lace a string through the hole made by the drinking straw (remove straw).
