Soap Snow
- 2 c soap flakes
- 1/2 c water
Whip to the consistency of whipped cream. Push through a pastry tube or plastic bag with the corner cut out. You can also hand apply, but make hands wet first! Soap snow will dry in a porous texture like fake snow. Makes a great addition to handmade Christmas Tree ornaments.
